Virtual Doula Services are a great option for emotional support during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and the postpartum period. Virtual Services give you the flexibility to build your own physical support team, receive care on your schedule, and take care of your own needs. Expert advice, support, and care is at your fingertips when you choose Virtual Doula Services for your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum needs.

Virtual Birth Doula Support
Imagine having pregnancy support at your fingertips! From the moment you hire me, we will work together to establish communication via zoom meetings, text messages, email, and more. It's like having a doula in your pocket!
During your labor and delivery I will be available to you to talk through your options as you progress and provide necessary encouragement and expert advice for you and your physical support team as you make your decisions throughout labor.
For a month after your birth, we will be in contact, including two zoom meetings in which you can process your birth, ask questions, and discuss the possibility of extending postpartum care.

Virtual Postpartum Support
Everyone deserves postpartum support. Through this virtual package you, your family, and your baby will receive care and support. Together, we will establish a meeting routine as well as expectations for text, email, and phone communication.
You can customize this time however you need. Birth processing, partner support, and sibling integration can be part of your sessions. As well as meal planning, organization support, and/or expert advice on feeding, and so much more.
Postpartum support is available to all families welcoming a new child into their home. I am here for you as you build your family your way.

Pregnancy Interruption Support
Virtual support is available for pregnancy interruptions such as abortion, miscarriage, or still birth. In these sensitive moments, I will provide care and emotional support, as well as advice as you move through this time of life. Pregnancy interruption care is not therapy and should not be a substitute for clinical care. Cost should not prevent care. If you are experiencing pregnancy interruption please contact me today to see if my services are a fit for you.
Interruption services are also available for families experience adoption interruption or delay. Contact me for details.
