POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

Bringing home baby can be a challenging time both mentally and physically. As your postpartum doula I will provide you with space for self-care, newborn advice, and feeding support.
You don't have to go it alone. I am here for you.
*Cost should never prevent care. If you are struggling please contact me about collective funds.
What a Postpartum Doula does:

Offers care during the postpartum period known as the fourth trimester.

Provides feeding support.

Aids with sibling transitions.

Checks-in with emotional and physical well-being, offers referrals if necessary.

Helps formulate healthy meal plans.

Creates space for self-care for new parents.
What a Postpartum Doula does not do:

Serve as a licensed lactation consultant.

Provide professional mental health services.

Impose opinions about your postpartum experience.
Weekly Visits
Three additional 90 minute
in-home visits.
Digital Options
Digital support options available.
1st Visit
90 minute initial visit within one week of birth.
Continuing Support
Continuing communication via text and email for 6 months.

Overnight Session
$250/10 hour session
Digital Session
$25/45 minutes
